Once the fingerprint cards have been imaged and uploaded to the server, the Dashboard will update and you will see something similar to
This is a message that EFTS files are complete and ready to download and transmit to SWFT.
You will also receive an email confirmation as each record has completed.
Once you have clicked Download EFTS, all of the completed files are gathered and compressed into one ZIP file. There is no need to go to each applicant and download them separately.
You will see the file download at the bottom of your screen. You will have the option to either Open or Save the EFT files. You want to choose Save the files to your computer so you can send them to SWFT.
